Cardinal Sculpture

We were commissioned to create a 7’ tall cardinal using cost-effective materials, as this would ultimately be a single-use object. In order to achieve this, we utilized an array of materials including paper, cardboard, foam, wood, and metal, carefully combining them to bring this impressive, low-poly bird to life. We designed a matte black acrylic base that featured the word ‘Ohio’ elegantly inlaid in crisp white lettering. This sculpture stood proudly atop the escalators, greeting guests upon their arrival.
